We meet at the trailhead and walk the coastal sentier du littoral — pine-scented air, hidden coves, panoramic views over the Îles d'Or. Halfway through, our guide unfolds a curated Provençal picnic: tomato salad, tapenade, fresh bread from the village bakery, local cheese, seasonal fruits, and a chilled bottle of rosé from a nearby estate.
